I got banned for 2 weeks

I got banned for two weeks and i find it unfair because the email i was sent was untrue and i want to fight my ban. also i got this case number from when i chatted with xbox support [Mod removed].

here are the charges from my email. I numbered them so i could specify them better

Utilizing unauthorized methods to gain advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of Xbox Live - 1

Intentionally playing with someone who is using unauthorized software, methods, or modifications -2

Exploiting game vulnerabilities or glitches -3

Network interference or manipulation -4

Player feedback or complaint abuse -5

Console tampering -6

and also the only game i mostly play is Grand Theft Auto V / Online

#1 which I played all games that have a level and stat system legit. #2 I join Online sessions with people I do not know so i could have been playing with a modder without knowing which is unfair if i didn't know that person had mods with them.#3 I only
exploited very little and sometimes the exploits i use are for fun like the walk on water glitch.#4 network interference or manipulation probably means the times my modem would sometimes just disconnect.#5 player feedback/complaint abuse the only times i complaint
is the guys useing the god mode glitch ( infact i reported like a few days ago ) and such like that.#6 console tampering the only tampering i have done is on my old 360 when it had E74 and i thought i could fix it but i couldnt so i bought a new one.The worst
part is for me is that im under the age of 18 and i only have a week left of summer and i thought since the Flight school DLC was coming the 19th and i thought i would play with my friends until i start school and Microsoft helps people but sometimes gets
the wrong people i feel like sometimes just by watching videos of people getting banned for just not knowing there was a modder present. to make clear this is all from Grand Theft Auto Online because i knew the issue would come from that. but all i ask is
to be unbanned so i can enjoy the rest of my summer playing with m friends online.

They ban me for NO REASON!!!!!!!

I GOT BANNED FOR BEING A MARKETING THEFT BUT I WASNT ON MY XBOX FOR 2 WEEKS SO WHEN I CAME BACK FROM 2 WEEKS I GOT BANNED

Dear Xbox

I got banned for 2 weeks because a guy was sending messages to me every time I scored on fifa. If you play a game on fifa and press the xbox button you disconnect from the game and you lost the match. That was what he was trying to do by sending “GG” the
whole time. I responded to that guy after the game and I got banned for that. So can you guys please do something about it?

sorry the only way to find out why you were banned is to post here:
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx but it is only to find out WHY you were banned there is NO appeals, they do not ban unless they have proof you violated the TOS (terms of service or the COC (code of conduct), also do not post things like reference numbers those
are for phone and text support ONLY.
