    xbox live ban permanently

    i got banned too for marketplace theft, i dont know why, i'm a cassual gamer not a hacker, please help!

    i feel really bad about this, i have 7 months of Gold in my banned profile. my banned gamertag is Kenzhiro please help!

    I got banned by a hacker

    The enforcement team are the only ones who can ban an account. Nobody else can. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. IF you feel you were hacked you can contact official support to open an unauthorized access case. Otherwise do as stated above to file a case review if eligible.
