I GOT BANNED BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE!!! HELP ME!!

So, i was playing GTA V Online mode and then this "modder" appeared and instantly gived me money and then the system thougth that i was "modding/hacking." After 1 Day i got BANNED! because of the "modder!" so basicly i didn't do anything. I even send him
message througth gta v online and it goed like this "can you please remove the money?? plz" but he didn't reply or anything so i was freaking out and here we are now -_- so could you xbox/Microsoft remove my ban or even make it shorter By the way this have
been happend to me once before but that time it was just a short ban so i didn't wan't to bother xbox support so can i get the ban removed?? (sorry for my bad english)

Me and my brother were playing a game on black ops 2 and this guy was modding and he gave us all the stuff and he wouldnt let us leave the game. everytime we press the start button it wouldnt pull up the leave game. And he is the one who got banned his gamer
tag is (Tsc Auto). The guy that was modding was called (XeX KoRuPTeDv65) This was on xbox 360 My account has not got banned yet im hoping it doesnt but will you plz help us with this. We did not do any thing wrong

its always sad to hear about bans, but please make sure you

a) post in the correct Forum

b) create your own thread

and fyi

a) you are responsible for your account, be it security or usage

b) bans will not be lifted
