    I got banned because of a so called "friend"


    So like my friend has my account and he thought it would be cool to add gamerscore to his account and mine and I have gotten all of my achievements by myself and it is my fault for giving him my info and giving me gamerscore I don't need and I wanted to
    know if there is a way for me to get unbanned. And my gamer tag is

    The person who was banned may have contributed to the leaking of GoW3. That is what that person was talkin about.

    So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!!
    If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.

    well yeah but isn't there a certain time limit in which a previous suspension becomes irrelevant because back in 2015 me and my friend got into a Xbox flame war and we later both got profile banned for a couple days but then that happens again 2 years later
    to a random and I called him a p**** because he left our game while being a jerk and I got a 1 day comm so there must be a irrelevance point for bans
