I got banned because I tried to help new players

I cannot play online, or even use Destiny 2, because of a false ban/misunderstanding.

I put up an lfg saying "Free raid help" , so I could help some newer players grab some free loot. Unfortunately, this post got reported, as it was seen as soliciting money. I dont know how it was soliciting money, since I specified free. All I did was try
to help out some newer players, and I got banned for half a month. I cant even play solo content due to the ban, since its an online game. I submitted an appeal, but no response.

Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to
Enforcement website. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.

Case Review Procedure

* Submit Case: You are about to submit a case for review. Please make sure to include any relevant information or facts before submitting.

* Under Review: Your case is currently under investigation by XBLPET.

* Need Info: XBLPET requires additional information from you. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s latest comment and submit additional details to continue the investigation. Note that not every case will
require additional information and/or discussion.

* Decision: The Case Review has completed. Please refer to the enforcement agent’s comments for additional information.

* Summary: The completed outcome of the Case Review, which you may refer to following the case’s closure.

You can check your Case Review status at any time by visiting your Enforcement History or Case Review History.
Enforcement are the only ones that can help with this issue. As a result I will be locking this thread.

If you submitted a case review, you'll have to wait for the response from that. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and that is the only way to possibly have it lifted.

head over to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Login with your MS account and click the hammer icon.

From there you can find all info regaring your ban like duration, reason etc.

If you think the ban is unfair, you can submit a case review from there and a PET will look in to it.

The enforcement team isn't on these forums, so you won't be helped by them from here.

I just wanted to add to the conversation that enforcement actions are not immediate and could be from something you did a while back. They also do not happen automatically while you are offline but wait until the next time you log in to take effect. The
enforcement will end at the same time that it first started.
