I GOT BANNED AND SO DID MY FRIEND 4 NO REASON. WTAF

me and my friend got banned at the exact same time and it takes the piss man

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Banned from Xbox Live

Well, I am not staff. But, there are a variety of different reasons you could be banned. Is your Gold Membership just expired? Not banned, just need to renew it? Do you have your xbox JTAG'ed? Any sort of hacking that is detected will ban your console and flag your GamerTag. If one of your friends has their console JTAG'ed and you logged into Live on it without knowing it was hacked would get you banned. Excessive swearing, racial slurs, spamming people could do it.

You're not giving us a whole lot to go on, so I can't be 100% sure. Did you buy the xbox from ebay? Possibly the person before you hacked it. Again, just too many unknown variables.
