I got banned and lost all my 360 achievements

I was banned for two weeks sometime last year and I got my 360 achievements took off me and I can't earn them back how do I re claim them

So your saying even tho I bought those games just because I got banned I can't get those games back that's is also another way of saying your taking my money and stealing it and taking my stuff

That is per the terms of service/code of conduct you agreed to. And technically you only bought licenses to use those games. You have to play by Microsoft's rules to keep those.

With gamerscore resets you can never re-earn those achievements on your account. You would have to create a new account if you want to re-earn them.

I have lost all my progress too, I got all the game in legendary, next time I played I got none , not even en legendary and I got the achivements for beating all the leves, but the legendary achievement and the missions are lost

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive
