I Got Banned And i dont know why

yesterday some dude was back chating me and i responded in a way i shouldn't of as to that that responded with a ban for com

then today i was playing a game of rainbow 6 and after my match finished i got kicked and a MSG poped um saying Ur not allowed to play online games and Im not sure what that has to do with my com banned but it sure is bothering me. I'm not sure if this is
a mistake but i need some help i do have the persons name that was backchating me and made me respons is such a way please get back to me asap Thank you MONO for more info plz msg me

Dont know why I got banned

Back on March 14th, I got banned for being too mean to people on xbox. I hated that time and hated myself for being too serious on Rainbow 6 Seige. Ever since then, i really tried to be nicer and for a couple of days i didnt say anything to a player that was
mean no matter how much i wanted to say something. One person though started killing teamates and making us lose. I said to him "really" and asked if he would stop doing that. But he got mad and told all his friends to report me without knowing my side. Please
help me xbox

like mentioned by Fallen Saint you will need to take this question to the forums for suspensions etc, the support agents there are the only ones that will be able to give an answer to your question.

A email would have been sent as well to the email attached to your gamertag with information about the suspension/ban
