I got banned and I didn't even do anything

I got banned when someone else got on my account and sent my friend a message and them being who they are they report anything and everything that we send to each other and I got banned and I didn't even send the message thst was on there. I recently lost
my phone so maybe someone got into my smart glass app but I believe this is unjustified

And should be resolved if possible thank you

The support forums are for Tech Support. The only possible way to get your suspension/ban reversed is to request a case review from the Enforcement Team.

Well that's a bad thought that they have not to monitor this site since their survey is a broken link which you can't even get into. I know about all the staying safe stuff. I kept it all clear but I still get the ban? How fair is that? For doing nothing,
no tampering, cheating or whatever the case may be. But I magically get ban over night and now I have to wish that I could play because of a team that is incompetent of doing their job right. I will if I could take them to court and with evidence as well prove
that they are at fault.

No one here can tell you that. It would be entirely up to the enforcement team. Best thing to do is read over the code of conduct and follow the rules when you are playing so you don't risk a ban.

I would like to be reviewed for that harassment ban which to me does not make sense for me. If I didn't even do anything then how would I he issues that. And I'm not going to take fill out the questionaire as an answer because every time I click the link
and click agree I do NOT get through to it. It's not fair for me not doing anything and then get a harassment ban. This is complete nonsense. I can understand the communication ban which is my fault for replying to that person.
