I got banned again for the 3rd time!!!

This is the 3rd time I've been banned and I agree that I did do something bad to get banned the first time. I'm 99% sure I did nothing wrong this time and I'be just got on Xbox since my spring break and I just get banned overnight? I tried contacting Xbox
support but I never get and answer on what I did wrong!!! Help!!!

Hello my console got banned for no reason it's the 3rd time now so can you tell me why it's banned please or can you unban it

Xbox Live Ban

Please help. My son, game tag BYZYROZ, has been banned on xbox live...again!!! He only got the previous ban lifted on 3rd Feb and was banned again on 7th Feb but do not know why

I pay for a 3 month membership and this now means that he has lost a months worth of this membership

Is there any way I can find out why he got banned?

Support can't help as they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

As mentioned abovethis is forum support, we wouldn't be able to assist further.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
