I got banned after being hacked

hello to whom it may concern,

my dad recently confascated my Xbox and then a few days later my brother came home saying his friends said we were online and that our level in gtav was 999 so I contacted you guys and talked to a guy and he said to just change my password which
I did and that he Would lock out the other accounts. Sure enough a few days later I get my xbox back (today) and now I'm banned for life. Somebody please help me I've spent so much money on this.

Banned profile wanting to get unbanned

My xbox live profile got banned after being hacked and I was wanting to see if I can get it unbanned. By the way I got my profile back.

Microsoft can tell if you got hacked, or if you were pirating games/cheating/etc. They don't ban people for getting hacked. They won't even ban people they suspect are pirating games. Then only ban people when they know 100% that they have done something against the terms of service. Anyone claiming they got banned because they got hacked is full of shit and just trying to hide the fact that they are a cheater or pirate.

lol i got banned for hacking even know i dont own a usb and i got my laptop 2 monts after being banned and i had just got 6000 msp for christmas i know they lied so they could have all my points

That's not hack. Change your password so they can't sign into your account anymore. Most likely it won't be reversed, but you would need to check the enforcement site to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

I have been, they keep finding a way to find it. I don’t know them personally. I just need to to be fixed somehow, they’d repeated it 3 times and I’m banned for 68 days

Did you contact support and have them run an unauthorized access investigation at the time? If you didn't contact Microsoft and just went straight to your bank to dispute it, that's why they see it as marketplace theft. Microsoft wouldn't know that it wasn't
you that didn't make the purchases. They would just see that you made purchases and then went to the bank to get the money back which makes it look like you're trying to get out of paying.
