I got banned a second extra time for no reason

Dear Whoever is reading,

My account got communication banned after a friend got on my xbox and sent an offensive message. This ban is appropriate and I understand why it happened. However, the following day, I received another ban. This second ban prevents me from talking as well
as playing anything online. This second ban is a mistake because I never did anything wrong a second time. I think I received an extra ban for the same offense. Unless there is some policy where you give out two bans because you like to see people sad and
the first ban wasn't enough. My friends and I have been planning to do the raid in destiny for weeks and we finally are all here and I get an extra ban. This is incredibly annoying and I hope whoever is wasting their time reading this can help me. I already
did a case review forever ago and Xbox doesn't like dealing with reviews so I cannot submit another one. My account that has been banned is named- TYLER ZIMMERMAN

Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

I wasn’t doing anything wrong when I got suspended. Why did this happen?
While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon
at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

Wait so does this mean they can give me one penalty for something and then, after "further investigation", increase that penalty for the same offense?

Wait so does this mean they can give me one penalty for something and then, after "further investigation", increase that penalty for the same offense?

No it just means that suspensions dont usually occur at the exact time of the violation and that you can be banned for past offenses. Basically lets say you did something wrong a year ago and no one reported you until now you could still get banned for it.
That is essentially what that means.

No it just means that suspensions dont usually occur at the exact time of the violation and that you can be banned for past offenses. Basically lets say you did something wrong a year ago and no one reported you until now you could still get banned for it.
That is essentially what that means.

Well in that case, it is definitely a mistake because I am extremely careful about sending curse words and other violations. And I know this is my only one in forever because my friend sent it the other day and I knew this would
be the result. What confuses me is the fact that I received another one a day later for absolutely nothing. Also, Xbox support lady told me to post this on another account. And I find it very unlikely that i get banned for this offense today and then Joe Shmoe
from 2013 reported my message one day after the ban.

Omg I think the reason for the second ban was because me and this guy were joking around and at one point I said "u r ded meet" and I think that is what did it. Gotta love this community <3
