    Xbox Live is currently experiencing a few issues, you may just have to give it some time for Microsoft to sort it out. They are currently working on the problem you just need to be patient while the issues are resolved.

    Finally someone else who has my problem, mines a bit different tho, i was banned for 1 week then the next day banned for 2 weeks and if i go to xbox support it has no reasoning for the suspension
