I got bann for a dumb reason

I am fileshared with one of my friends and I had been bann for somthing they said. Is there any way I can at least have my bann shorter?

so I got suspended for having "nudity or lewd content or extreme offensive content, my profile picture was jade from mortal kombat 9, A GAME ON XBOX, I don't know how this would be offensive or nudity, sure she's sexually appealing but there was nothing
offensive about my profile picture, I got suspended the same day I set that profile picture up, THE SAME DAY, way to judge Xbox enforcement team. This was my profile picture, please someone reply
