I got band from communications for doing nothing.

Xbox, please notice that I did nothing wrong to get reported and banded from communications. Yesterday someone who I like to play with started insulting me and I stopped playing with him. He sent me lots of messages swearing and insulting me. I reported
him multiple times. All I did was ask him to stop. I did nothing wrong. Please take this band off of my profile. It is not fair for someone who didn't do anything to get reported and band from communications.

Microsoft i have been band for doing nothink the day i got un band i somw how got band again until the sixth of august but on too of that i have been band again for harassment abuse and threats but the thing is i can talk to no one/text anyone on xbox because
i have been band for communication??

i need help because I've been communication band and multiplayer band for no reason with no email

I have been communication band and multiplayer band for new reason I never received an email or a message from Xbox about this and I have done nothing wrong to receive a band and if I were to be communication band I would not be able to speak and party
all game chat but be allowed to play multiplayer games but I can't even play multiplayer games

you can file a case review at Enforcement if over 24hours but you don't get banned unless you retaliate in away that actually violates the terms of use regardless who starts a fight

Communication suspensions vary in length.If it's a 24 hour suspension then you can't file for a case review.If it's a 7 or 14 day suspension then you can usually file for a case review.

Be aware than any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action taken so you do not get suspended for no reason.

As mentioned,the enforcement site is the only place to find out about & appeal any suspension you have.

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums. You can however check everything to do about enforcement at enforcement.xbox.com

You can even read about submitting a case review.

However a communication ban is pretty short and would usually end before a case review would start.

I believe you're going to have to sit this one out.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the
Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible request a case review on any enforcement actions received. No one outside of this team will be able to help with your query.
