Hello Jack, as you are not able to add your card directly through the console, try adding your payment method through the Microsoft account management website.

It was just a normal bank card but I got it set up so it can be used as a debit card but when I try to add the card details to my payment options it only gives me the choice of credit card or paypal, I tried putting the card details in under credit card
but it just keeps asking me to enter a valid card number, where/how do you do it? :S

I'm in the UK and don't have that problem, I have used Paypal and debit cards, when it asks you to add a credit card just add your debit card details, it worked for me.

Try removing the card and re add it or just put any debit card i just “bought it” with no problem

I am using the Xbox series s

I click on the game icon which loads into the start menu where I pressed start and it goes back to the homepage with no error messages/codes

Sometimes it will load into rally the add on then I try to load the menu to go on the main game and again it is the same just goes onto the home page with no error codes/messaged and this had been going on for months

This is only happening with this game
