I got an xbox controller off telsta with my points and i got an xbox game pass ultimate...

I downloaded the Xbox app for windows and typed in the code for 14 day free trial and I went to get a game but it took me to the site where I have to buy a subscription so I thought it would register that I have the 14 days free trial code type in earlier,
so I clicked on the $1 subscription waiting for it to load to tell me that I can enter a code or buy the subscription but instead it took money from my PayPal without asking and had charged me for 3 months. this code was supposed to let me play games for free
for 14 days but instead charged me and put me in a subscription I didn't ask for. this is a scam and I wont be using anything from Xbox ever again. you give people a "free" trial for those who haven't had a subscription before and cover it up with a $1 for
3 month subscription hidden under the options so they have no choice. I have never had Xbox live or any subscriptions to Xbox ever, I don't even own an xbox so i should have not been charged for a subscription if i was promised 14 day free trial for being
a new member. scammers.
