    I got an update about 2 weeks ago,an when the update finished I had no gold for my xbox one.


    I got an update about 2 weeks ago, when the update finished I had no gold for my xbox one, when I called they said noting was wrong any one have the same problem, can any one help me....I did all the steps that they wanted me to do, an still nothing..I even
    reset my xbox one, an still noting..any help from any one..

    Missing xbox credit

    About 2 weeks ago I bought a $25 xbox card and added to my account thinking it was a 3 month gold membership when I had xbox 360, anyway I got xbox one and purchased a gold membership and tried to spend my $25 credit but it's not there. Why?

    So my xbox is f**cked up...

    *LONG STORY BELOW*
    So, a few weeks ago, I turned my xbox on. The new summer update just released. I updated my console and it finished and when I tried to play a game, it would start but it wouldn't load once it got to the start screen. I tried quitting the game and then every time after that, it would "take too long to start".
    So fast forward a few weeks and I turn my xbox one again. Still fairly slow. Then it tells me to update the system. I update it again (hoping it would fix it) and the update goes pretty smooth... till it got to 75 percent. It goes extremely slow but it finishes. But when it did, it goes completely black and the power light just flashes. So I restarted the system and DID IT AGAIN. Didn't work. Should I go offline and factory reset? What would I lose if I did?

    Is anyone else having problems with xbox one x console

    I have done all the about a thousand times it started about 4 weeks ago on my one year old xbox x console so I bought a new one last week and that is doing the same thing I also got to that a bad system update got releases about 5 months ago and its leaving
    bugs on the system I have tried today to update the console and it gave me a error when updating system so I power cycle the console the update started working on the step 3 of the update xbox goes off and come back on with a error e 208 I searched that code
    up and nothing is telling me about the code then I get e102 then I try again and get e105 but for it to happen on 2 xbox one x consoles they is a problem with the software I also have a xbox s and it's working fine

    Problem with my gold membership

    i got almost the same problem:

    i can't play online multiplayer since 2 weeks now, but i've got 11 months left with gold, but it says i only got silver membership. when i cashed the gold code 1 month ago, it lagged about 5 minutes so i shut down my xbox and tried it again. then it functioned
    and i extended my gold membership for a year. until 2 weeks ago, i was able to play online and to do everything else that needs gold membership. but 2 weeks ago, from one day to another, it said i haven't got the permission to play the games online. what can
    i do? the same like above? and sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany ;)

    Downloads Help!!

    Asus N66R that is about 2 months old and I have two Xbox Ones, one about a year old and another that is 2 weeks old. I was having the problem when I just had the one Xbox and the Asus router.

    I actually do not know how long I have had the problem because I have not purchased any digital games until lately. I have had issues with doing the game updates but they are usually just slow but do finish.

    When I sent my controller in about a month ago I got no updates after shipping from Microsoft but about a week and a half later I got a text from ups talking about a package being sent to my house so I think they are just not updating the process online.

    Why does my Xbox delete games off it, I am not short on storage nor am I using a external hard drive, !!!

    My games are on Xbox one console. Everything updates when they need too( auto update)

    I downloaded GTA V a week ago.

    Got back to playing it today and it's been removed from my console completely
