I got an issue with my live account on my system

I got a chargeback. EA say they don't have my card details on their system. Microsoft once again say purchases were made from my console but there are several that are on my Billing account but not on my XBox Live account!

The same thing is happening to me, even my profile got deleted from the hard drive..seems like xbox live and windows live are having some issues, read that a hacker got in the system and that's why the system is screwed up, hope they fix the problem soon.

Hate this, the last time i had this was in 2008 when i couldn t sign in with my profile and then i waitez for 2 days and then i got a email that my account was deleted because of problem in the system -_-. Got a new account from them and 1 year xbox live

Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

my system freezes too. But my system freezes when i get to a load screen.

I'll get past the "press start" screen and i can select a game mode. But whenever the game loads, the system freezes completely. I sent my system off for repairs and got it back about 5 days ago. It came back with the same problem. I was pretty mad so i
called xbox support and they suggested that I make a new account. When i made my new xbox live account the game worked fine, oddly. I can play any game mode now. but whenever i log in as myself, it still freezes. The support tech said that there should be
an update soon to fix the issue....

if not then i've pretty much got to give up on Gears III.... :/
