    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    That error indicates either the region you are physically located in does not match the region that your Xbox Live account is set to, or the region you're physically located in is not an Xbox Live supported region. Could you post back the region you're physically
    located in?

    I didn't get an error code. I got the reply that the code had already been redeemed
