i got an error code thats not on the error code list

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get past this error. I can totally understand how this could be pretty peculiar, but let's see if we can help. I suggest trying a

power cycle of the console if you haven't done so already.

Going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times , then to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart is another quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

When it comes to getting in contact with support, you would
go here and go through the prompts as they apply to your issue.

The bothersome thing is that the two different error codes I got aren't even in the software error code list...

I just got this error code:

• Error code 2201.
