i got an error code.. can't see my film

I bought Ghost busters yesterday. I have not seen it because of an error code...

today, the film is not in "my films"... but my credit card has been charged (4,99€).

Eu comprei o filme Aquaman Lego ontem. Eu não consegui ver o filme devido a um código de erro 0xc00d4278..., o filme está na minha lista de filme e o prazo passando, mas não vejo e o valor já foi debitado em meu cartão de crédito.

Achievements app not working

I got the error code 0x87c40011 couldn't see my achievements my games install slower and can't watch Netflix on my Xbox one, but I can on my 360. I factory reset my Xbox one and still get the error code

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

Hi I'm also having the same problem been trying for the two weeks to get the film to play its got 4 hours left and still can't get it to work, have deleted the film and tried deleting the app but it still doesn't work and same error code pops up.

Have tried to refund but Microsoft support keeps sending me round in circles.

Appreciate any help

Cool film. I just added that to my list of films to see next year. And got those dog tags, so I'm happy.
