my email that is associated with my gamer tag had to be reset since my account got hacked when i got my email back there was no emails in the in box so i had no way of getting my code what should i do to get my code

Liquid Green Metal Weapon Skin (Set) out for 320MSP!

Didn't people realize you could get these skins for free? Even if there is no JIB in your area, you just had to mail them your email address for a free code. I got two. I can't believe anyone would pay more than a couple of bucks for a weapon skin.

Codes from Activision or vendors rarely are 25digits

Its usually some short code you enter in their ownarketplace not Xbox

That's what usually happens with vendors are you sure you didn't receive the code and you just not entered it in the right area?

Usually those emails.will tell you where

You can always ask activision support as its their code

I got the first email and I had an orange box for the agent origins redeem code. The second email gave me the code and I used it on my Xbox but it didn't download and it wasn't in my queue or my download history in my account. So I tried to download it through
the division redeem code and it told me it was already used.

I really want that unique gear and weapons..

Hi Pancake,

Thanks for coming to the forums. You can get with the one who gifted the game to you. On the purchase history they will be able to see the 25 digit code and provide you with it. If unable to get that way, the one who sent to you will have to request a call
from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for all of the replies, I have tried everything you have suggested but nothing has worked. The code I meant was the promotional code for a Weapon Skin in Gears of War: Judgment. I have emailed back the sender of the email but I have got no reply
as of yet.
