I got an emial today from The Microsoft account team with a strange email starting *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is should i trust this email ?

Didn’t the form ask you to provide your SS#? The form attached to the email posted by hawkhunter13 asked for the SS, as did the one attached to the email i got. Did you leave that part blank or was the form totally different?

Unfortunately when I complete the form completely and got it sent I recieve an email about the fact that there are not enough information but the form is all completed,

And then they will email further instructions. I got the confirmation email already. The rep I talked with said they will send shipping instructions within a few hours.

Yes, I had 2 form form factor with my phone and got a text message saying my phone number was removed from my account. So when I tried logging in to my xbox it had a different email linked to it.

And when I tried logging in with my existing account I got "there is no account with this email. Would you like to make one."
