I got a WZ 2.0 code from game stop and it only had 19 digits

I whent to game stop to get 2400 cp for WZ and the code was 19 digests and it came on the receipt when I whent tohad 25 digests so I can't use what I bought and game stop can't give me my money back people of Microsoft where do I redeem my 19 digests code also for Xbox 1

I have it as my xbox home, I unplugged it and restarted my router it still doesn't work. I have been having this issue when WZ 2.0 came out.

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

When I went do redeem the code it said I had to enter a 25 digit code but I only got a 10 digit one

if you get a bundle at game stop they give you a disc instead of a digital version. When I got my One S it was a Madden 17 bundle and they had the game disc inside. but other vendors may only offer vouchers only.
