I got a suspension

I apologize that you have to experience this and I would recommend reporting this player as well as blocking him as you don't need any negativity in your gaming experience.

In regards to your enforcement action, you can simply sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to possibly file a case review.

Police don't have any authority over governing services and yes game makers do and no it does not matter who started it

If you break.the rules they will suspend you

And they will never get into.details

Because it leads to retailiation which isn't allowed either

The FCC and supreme court uphold this even Congress if you been watching the news

The reason why they can't make a law is if you threaten or curse or insult at someone you are liable and the service can suspended you and if it is a threat they can file a case against you via the police and a suspension does not immunize you

Only time police are involved if you receive threats or giving them

Everything else would be court based as ita a civil matter not criminal

For all you know it could've been a sibling ot a roommate which case you are still responsible for everything that occurs on your account

If you do gameshare take it up with whoever you gameshare with
