    Suspension for Nothing

    I already did the case review and they responded simply with just the same thing but in a different way. It stated the same date/time in the case review decision.

    You don't get suspended for nothing.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you why or you can log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo with the suspended account.

    By the way,no one cares whether you move to PlayStation or not but the rules are similar on PSN.

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     Investigations do take time so the suspension would not have been issued on the same day as the action. It could have taken place weeks ago.
    I already did the case review and they responded simply with just the same thing but in a different way. It stated the same date/time in the case review decision.
