I got a second ban on top of an active one

I received a communication ban on the 6th and then on the 9th I received another ban for griffing /harassing and I'm confused on how I could have done that if I'm already communication ban and I tried to get it reviewed and the questionnare is just confusing
it asked stuff like is it okay to have a purple avitar and I said yes and I got it wrong and it keeps asking these random questions and its starting to thoroughly annoy me

*need help*

I got a communication ban on, March 22, 2018 throughout April 5, 2018. I was on my phone and i got a notification that read “ New message from Xbox Live “ as i pressed, it said that i had another active ban this one throught April 13, 2018, how is this possible
if i havent played on my account since my first ban, which was on the 22nd of March. Plz help, idk how i got another ban

Investigations take time so your ban could be for something that happened weeks or months ago. The enforcement team does not use the forums so you would need to submit a review in order to have them recheck your account. You may want to read up on the Code
of Conduct before taking it again - Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers (It's not possible to have a purple avatar without modding, so it would not be okay).

i just got two one for 24 hours that was lifted then on 26/12/17 i got another which ends in jan18 the second one i asked for a review but they upheld the ban the way xbox live have allowed people to ban other gamers is wrong because the second one i received
i didnt commit any communication offence in any description but got banned so the way xbox live is going it will result in gamers leaving because of wrongful accusations i believe i was given the second because i beat a gamer who happens to be an ambassador
xbox live have allowed people to be given bans by a small band of people of whom **** a force unto themselves many more innocent gamers will get bans because of this action by xbox live xbox need to review this system and xbox support should be the ones who
have the power to suspend or lift bans

No one has my account but when I went to check the activity someone has been trying to get into my account and I think they got into my account as I’ve got perm ban and have no clue how it happened..
