I got a refund.

I have refunded but the money is still not returned. When is the average refund possible?

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

This process can take up to two weeks. It matters what you have for the bank and how long it processes this process.

 

It also depends how the payment was made. If you purchased it with MS funds, then I've had it go back in less than 30 minutes. Credit cards and Paypal both have different time frames for when they process it as well.

Once the refund has been processed there is no way to cancel the refund. The item would just have to be purchased again. Please

Check the Xbox purchase history to see if the refund has been provided.
