I have a big problem.

I play call of duty black ops 2 since years. I played on my Xbox 360, a half year ago I bought a Xbox one S and continued playing black ops 2 on my Xbox one S. Of course I downloaded my Xbox 360 profile to save my memory and successes on Xbox one S. As I
first started black ops 2 on Xbox one S, everything worked and I don't had to Sign into my profile again. I started the game and everything worked well. But today I had to lock into my Xbox 360 profile again and I had to download it again. That never happened
before. As I tryed downloading my profile, I got this error code : 8015190A

Probably there is a problem with the permissions.

But I really don't know what I should do now or how I can fix it.

Could someone help me pls?

Unable to connect to xbox live

I attempted to sign in to my Xbox live account and got error code 8015190A, after reading online at Microsoft how to fix the error code which was delete profile and download the profile again I get the same error code and unable to download my profile again.
I worked online with customer support who had me clear the cache 3 times and I still get the same error code. I am at a loss on how to proceed with fixing this code so that I can use my Xbox 360.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Did you change your password recently and the new password is longer then 16 characters.

The 360 console including the emulator on the Ones do not like passwords longer then 16 characters.

I unplugged all the power and it did not fix the problem. My Xbox one s is using WiFi. There is no error code when it fails to connect, it just times out. I can’t play any 360 game without a profile and it doesn’t seem to want to download.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I used my QR code with my Kinect (Day One code from the Netherlands). It didn't show up anywhere in my activity feed or in my Achievements. Not on the PC not on the Xbox One and not on any of my smartglasses. When I first
tried I got an error code. I rebooted my Xbox One and now it said that the code was already used :S Please help!
