    Can't get Download Present (Wireless Controller)

    Hi Guys,



    recently I got a message from XBOX Live. I got a code for creating a new XBOX Live account. Copied and pasted the code, the present is a Wireless Controller.

    But how do I download such a thing I got a present but no code ;)

    The present is currently in my download queue, but when I try to download it says: "Sorry, this site has moved - try something else"



    What can I do?

    Gears of War 4 PC code

    I received the Xbox One S Gears of War bundle as a earlier Christmas present it said it would come with a code for both PC and Xbox but I only got the hard copy with the collection codes. I looked everywhere in the box to see if I missed it, but to no avail.

    In this case I would recommend for you to contact Live Support so they can assist you further in getting your gift code since we don't have access to accounts of forums, it would have to go through them.

    The best way to reach Live Support would be here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Billing)
    and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    I suppose you could always setup another account with that many codes or give them to a friend to persuade them to go on xbox live. Or if your low on cash you could always give a load to a mate for a birthday present saving you the cost of a present and
    giving them two or three months online for free.

    Original Xbox games require something, some coding or something like that, that is present in, and ONLY in, official Xbox 360 HDs. There's a likelyhood the HD you got off of ebay is fake. Alot of the ones sold on there are.

    It's frustrating, I and my brother had the same issue. I got him a 12 months code as a present for Gamepass Ultimate. The plan was to first pay only 1 GBP for the first 3 months and then redeem the 12 months code on top of the 3 months. But it didn't work.
    We tried from both Xbox and Browser :(
