    I got a permanent ban on my xbox account (BennTren) and have not been told what for if this does not get fixed i am going to sue Microsoft causethis is completely unfair and isnt the first time i have been targeted by microsoft

    Then you'll need to keep an eye on the site and see if it shows up. It may just be having issues right now.

    Edit: I'm having issues just viewing the site at the moment so it may just be a site issue.

    Generally Permabans are given to repeat offenders or severe CoC/ToS violations. You can try to appeal the ban to the Xbox Enforcement team over on https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
