Discus and support I got a perma ban for appeal a 4 day suspension and now I can’t see both in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So I got a coms ban which was given fairly but I tried to get the ban lifted from four days as it was done in a jokingly manner, the appeal was denied...     I got a perma ban for appeal a 4 day suspension and now I can’t see both


    So I got a coms ban which was given fairly but I tried to get the ban lifted from four days as it was done in a jokingly manner, the appeal was denied and a perma ban was received. Now I am unable to see the status of any of my bans. Was this a glitch and am I actually perma banned even though this was my first offence?

    Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

    As I mentioned above, we are independent consultants and do not have access to this type of information from Enforcement.

    I said to a person "have some honor [mod removed]" and got perma banned not even 2 minutes later, it's been 4 days now and no change, it won't even come up in enforcement actions. Seriously considering taking it to court as its only my 3rd communication suspension in 12 years

    I don’t even see the option to appeal it because I can’t see why I got banned
