I got a new device with the same account, and no achievments are popping up

So when I first got Minecraft, I played it on my tablet, on Pocket Edition. I got achievments on my survival worlds and evrything was fine. But since my tablet was so laggy, I've downoaded Minecraft on my laptop on Microsoft store, (I got an Acer Swift), signed into my xbox live account which has all of the achievments from my tablet, and then I started a new survival world. I didn't get any new achievments when I baked bread, or smelted iron which I thought was strange. I asked my friend about it and he said you'll only get new achievments. Ones you've never done before. So I made a new survival world with no cheats or anything. I started with a bonus chest and a map by the way so I don't know if that affects anything. Anyway, I logged into the world, and my brother joined too. We got good progress. We went into the Nether, and somehow we found a Bastion. I was extremly happy because I was going to get a new achievment. But nothing happened when I set foot on it. It has been about 4 days since my brother and I went onto that Bastion. We BOTH don't have the achievment. We did many other things too like smelt iron and that kind of stuff, but no achievments. So I am rally confused and annoyed, because I have found no answers for this.

I got the same account, just different devices, and the new device won't do anything. Do I create a new account or what?

Don't worry. I set those things you told me about to automatic and it worked. Except, I died in the Bastion and all my stuff was destroyed when I was checking my achievments. But thanks a lot!!! That was really helpful.

If achievements are still not displaying in-game for you after 25 hours, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:

Make sure you are connected to the internet and that your game is up to date.

Restart the game and your PC.

If possible, reattempt the feat that gained you the achievement.

Back up your save data and uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it on your system.

Also check that this services need to be enabled.

Press Windows Key + 'R' and type in 'services.msc', find those services and set them to Automatic, reboot, and check the game.

Hi Ricardo. How do I backup my data? I'm not experienced with this kind of stuff because it's never happened.

I had the same problem with these achievements not popping up. I played some FIFA, put Shift 2 back in, and 4 achievements that I should have got earlier popped up.
