I got a money code from a different region

Discus and support I got a money code from a different region in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello I was recently gifted a money card but it was for $5 when I live in the UK (so it’s £5 I need) so how can I get it to be fixed?...     Battlefield 1943 in Brazil?

    The code would be region specific so if you got the code from a different region to your friends then it won't work.

    Prepaid Code - Different regions

    Hello,

    i have troubles with a Prepaid-Code for money i recently used.

    The service to redeem the code on XboxOne was not available yesterday, so i decided to activate the Code on my PC.

    I logged in with my account and typed in that Code...

    But the money was transefered to a different region (Germany instead of Austria). Everything in my Account and all of my Xboxes belong to the region Austria.

    Now i have my money splitted in two regions (but on the same account, weird...) and i can't buy the product i want in the marketplace because i need the money of both regions for it.

    Is there any way to transfer the money, get the money back, or to buy the product from two different regions?

    I'm afraid that currency that is from a different region can only be used in the region where it originates from. There is no way to convert it to a different currency.

    something went wrong. check the instructions that came with your code

    I purchase from the Argentina region and I have that set on my console but the mobile app /Desktop set to US by default

    EDIT:

    I successfully changed the region on the desktop app but still got

    Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed
