I got a message of a promotion and had a problem

I received a message on my Xbox One from Xbox Live and it says the following:

You unlocked a free $5 Xbox Gift Card for inviting your friends to go Gold! Select Launch Site and redeem it before 6/30/2017. Spend within 90 days of redemption.

When I hit the Launch site botton it takes me to a Xbox page with the gift I got. When I hit redeem it says it's expired. What do I do?

I got a problem.

Hello Xbox live: I got a very bad problem. I have a group of friends that are cyber bullying me and one time they all started a spam rally on me and it worked. The ban lasted 20 days and I was disappointed. It eventually ended(after an agonizing 20 days)
and I bega playing again. But they kept cussing at me, insulting, and saying, (Excuse my language), **** remarks behind my back and team killing me, kicking me for no reason, and calling me names and not letting me play with them. This needs to stop. I need
to also mention that I wrote comments on xbox.comwhen I got banned and there was no help. whatsoever. But lets cut to the chase, I reported these guys called
[MOD REMOVED] and [MOD REMOVED]. And yes those are exactly their names in both spelling and capitalization. And yes, they got banned, but today, they said that they are gonna get me banned after all the stuff they did to me.
I wasn't banned yet because it just happened so it is not a problem yet but but I got worried because if they got me banned for twenty days last time so there is no telling how much I will get banned this time. If I get banned, please do something about
it. Do't let cyber bully spread. We shouldn't get punished for their crimes. So please, xbox, I need help and please don't ban me for their crimes and for their sheer pleasure for seeing me suffer. Also, I accidentally reporte this guy called
[MOD REMOVED]. So please, unban this guy. He didn't deserve and I also apologized to him too. We need to fight for no cyberbullying
