I got a message from Xbox informing me I can now download the IW beta ready for 21/10/2016

Hi, I have a similar issue. I got a message with the code from xbox to play the halo 5 beta but I was going to wait till my vacation to download it but now the message is deleted and I don't have the message to download the beta. Is there any way I can get
the code reissued?

Hey, StingingDruid! Sorry to see that you didn't receive your content. The way this promotion worked was that after the Championship ended, you needed to download it from the Xbox One Store by 9:00am PT on 3/21/2016. You can see this information on

The Wire's post. If you did not do that, then there is no way to get you that REQ Pack.

Yes, Xbox.com still works and allows me to send a message. I just downloaded the Beta Xbox app. I was able to send the message without any error messages. The official Xbox app still does not let me send a message. If the Beta app doesn't change much, than
I can only hope that it fixes the issue when it goes live.

Now, I still have to figure out why the messages aren't reaching him. (separate issue aside from being able to send a message)

Thanks for the link! From what we can see, purchasing the game should automatically activate that 3-month trial. Since this is a subscription service offered by Ubisoft, we definitely recommend that you continue to work with their support staff to reach
a resolution. If there was a code we could send out for this promotion, that would be a different story, but unfortunately we are not able to provide a trial for a 3rd party subscription service.

As a xbox fan, i am very disappointed, i had contacted Ubi before，and had some bad experience , always asked me to wait and finally nothing changed. I hope xbox team can be as kind as Amazon team. I am a customer ,if neither Ubi nor Microsoft can not do
