I got a harassment ban on my xbox one account.

My account got what im going to say was a 'false ban' just for the fact that I dont know what I did, considering I got communication banned and cant Send a message im confused on how I get banned for a harassment threat. In the description of harassment
threat it says 'network manipulation' my Internet has always been bad, idk if people report me for lag switches while I jusy have bad wifi

i dont know why my account has 2 bans on it. mightve been hacked, or friend/family member

my account has 2 bans on it. One for harassment (yet I got com banned and can't send messages/ go in any form of chat) and the other is com ban even tho I don't send messages (so might've been hacked, or a relative who played on my account).

Enforcement Team question i need answered

I got a communication ban on xbox one on 2-14-17 which am disappointed in myself for getting, but then on the 2-16-17 i got a threats and harassment ban which doesnt make sense because the communication ban took away my privileges to communicate in game

whenever I try to, I always finish the questionnaire but it takes me to this other page that says like 'uh-oh nothings here' and never lets me submit one..

I got a week's ban for repeatedly trying to get a refund which I didn't know was an infringement because no one warned me about it while trying to get one. Then a permanent ban has just appeared on my account for harassment abuse and or threatening behaviour
towards another xbox player even tho I wasn't on the account I think they just randomly ban people. I'm hoping they see that I havnt harassed anyone and give me my account back as there's been 1000s spent on it both time and money

I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned

IF he got banned for Harassment and Threats it bans all the accounts on the xbox. It is there was of securing that the person banned can't just jump on another account and play. I know it isn't really fair, but what can you do?
