I got a Game for free from Xbox Live Games With Gold but it doesnt show up that i bought it

i looked in the store and it says i did not even purchase it

Hi, I don't believe that Games with Gold will show up in your order history, but the ones you have acquired for Xbox One should show up on your "My Games" page
within the Xbox One section.

As previously mentioned, if you got an Xbox One game through the Games with Gold, that game would be yours to play while your Xbox Live Gold subscription remains active, but you wouldn't be able to play it without an active subscription. (Xbox 360 and original
Xbox games acquired through Games with Gold, on the other hand, are yours to keep even if the subscription expires.)

Do you still have a gold membership? You need an active membership to access games with gold games.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your game purchase.

Sometimes games don't show in your library.

As an alternate way of accessing it look it up in the store and see if it lets you install it from there.

XBOX one purchased game card from Walmart used the activation code at microsoft.com/redeem. The game shows up in my purchases BUT when I got to my XBOX it doesnt show up at all
