I got a game disc, but it says “Trial” under it

I did this, and it then showed the correct game icon without "trial" but as soon as I connected back to the internet, it reverted back to saying "trial"

Edit: I have actually tried every solution presented here and nothing has worked. Not a huge deal as I can still play the full game, it is however extremely annoying that it says Trial underneath.

Try removing the trial version of the game, and then reinstalling the game via the disc to be able to play the full game.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I bought a game on CD. ( shadow of the Tomb Raider )
but after installation he indicates that it is a trial version.

I installed battlefield 5 as a trial it a bit uninstalled and today installed again with ea access and it still thinks I have the trial I'm reinstalling it but I'm not sure
