Discus and support I got a free gamertag change from the support but I still cant change it for free? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I contacted the support, she said she’ll give me a free gamertag change for 24 HR’s but when I try’d to change it, it still costed money....     I got a free gamertag change from the support but I still cant change it for free?


    I contacted the support, she said she’ll give me a free gamertag change for 24 HR’s but when I try’d to change it, it still costed money.

    It was on the support chat, she said the free change was for 24 HR’s (1 change), I could provide screenshots but I dont think I can post it here.

    I have never heard of Support being able to grant a free gamer tag change. Likely she wasn't telling you the truth

    You can post screenshots here, but I would edit out any personal information. But even with the screenshots, there's nothing we could do here. You'd have to contact support again.
