i got a day ban

my brother has anger issues and got an enforcement ban on my account how do i get off it quicker because i never sent the message

Just File a Complaint and block the player next time. You're subject to the same code of conduct that we all are.

The Xbox Enforcement Team does not follow these forum posts, so don't expect your ban to be removed.

You can review the info below and try those steps.

1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

 

Got a 7 day ban

Got a 7 day ban because a kid in game told me to **** and non stop saying F*g (a) I pm'ed him and said "Eat a d*ck (i) Thinking this would make him shut up because humans should eat with their mouths closed by to my surprise I got a 7 day ban and this kid
is off the hook, Just remove my ban and we wont have a problem. ~John

 

You don't 24hour bans don't have appeal because the team won't have enough time to investigate and get back to you before the ban is done

Also it doesn't matter if you did it or your brother or your dog spot did it you are responsible for your own account

There is no reason for him to be on there as home gold applies to all accounts unless you are doing something you aren't supposed to do like sharing games with people you don't know
