still comm banned but no active bans on account

hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

 

Action of enforcement on my profile. Can't submit a case review

I got ban for a dumb reason I just got ban not to long ago I played for a few days and I left to my grandmothers for a few days I come back watching movies all the sudden next morning I'm ban like seriously for nothing

 

How can i be banned days later from multiplayer if i cant message anyone?

yeh ive been there but everytime i click on appeal it returns to the enforcement page

 

i spoke to an xbox rep on live chat he told me to post on the forums
