i got a communications ban

i recently got a second communications ban, this time for 7 days. But i cant figure out why i got it. The first time i got banned was obvious and a correct desicion. but i cant wrap my head around this one. it said in a email that i have been using inapropiate
language towards people, but i havent talked to random people in gamechats. ive only been talking to friends in xbox partys. i never go gamechat anymore. i havent even been sending any hate messages. i asked friends if their friends have been reporting me,
but they have not. im not a "toxic" person.

please respond to this post and answer my questions.

also do i get perma banned if i get a third ban? i dont want to lose my account

I got a communication ban.

Dear Microsoft team,

I would like to tell you the ban which I got. I was playing rainbow six seige until, I killed this guy and because this guy was mad he started to say unesasery and argumentative comments and messages on xbox one. Just egnoring the guy, I decided the only
way to stop this from keep going on was to say something back to him. I got banned 5 sec after for a communication ban. Can you please reply and do something about this.

It doesn't matter if you only talk to friends. If you say something that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

No one can say whether or not you would get a permanent ban if you get suspended next. It could be a permanent suspension or it could just be a longer suspension. It would depend on the severity of the offense. It's best to just not do anything that violates
the code of conduct.

Xbox Support does not handle Enforcement Issues. If you visit the following link, you can find information on the ban you just received. If you think the ban was in error, you'll also have the option to submit a case review to try and have it overturned.

Enforcement Profile

A ban could be due to a number of reasons and not just from someone you were just playing in the game. It could very well have been one of your friends. Always be mindful of how you speak to people as well as how you play with someone. Even if it's something
you think is nothing, could be a big deal to someone else.
