i got a communication ban but i know ididn't do anything wrong

my gamertag is , and I had been setting up a looking for group post on my xbox one, (this was ten days ago) and when I had finished setting it up, I chose to have it posted in the activity feed for all to see anytime. (my post is still there
if u wish to see) it only took 1 minute before I had received a message from xbox live about notice of enforcement action. and at that point I thought it was about my post I had put up but yet there was nothing offensive in it at all. and to top that off,
the xbox doesn't allow profanity in the looking for group post description, so why can someone report me for that and get me a communication ban for 1 month? I find it real upsetting as I know even before that I didn't message anyone something offensive. and
I don't want to have to wait until October 13th to communicate again as I don't recall doing anything against the code of conduct for xbox live since july. do you think that you would be able to remove my current 1 month suspension and if possible clear my
history of 2 other previous reports? its just that this is the 2nd time I was banned for nothing, and its not fun getting the same thing over and over again

I got a communication ban and it didn't say how long for

I got a communication ban for saying "why u idiot" to another player on rainbow 6 because he team killed me next day i got the communication ban it has been more than 24hours and as far as i know i didn't do anything wrong i have been with xbox for around
5 years now

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions and they do not use the forums. If qualified, and you haven't done so yet, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Keep in mind suspensions are issued only after an investigation has been completed.

You can always contact the enforcement team and appeal againgst your ban as you have the right too if you believe you have done nothing wrong too deserve it in the firstplace. You will have too contact them directly as they do not use the xbox forums.

you can only appeal if the ban is over 24 hours.

most of these coms bans are for 24 hours and so nothing can be done.

It is probably the way you worded it you didn't specify that it was a game when you posted that. The proper way to post that would have been to say come meet me on the basketball court in NBA 2k 19. But more than likely your communication ban will be about
24 hours or either that 2 days giving the fact that if it is your first offense.
