I got a bug where all my progress got deleted how can I get it back?

How do I go about getting my account back

I got my Xbox account taken but still own my Gmail.

I don't know how or where to start with convincing anyone to get my 1 year worth of progress back. PLEASEEE HELP

but when i deleted those files my entire progress got deleted , though the main files are still in c drive some files automatically save in onne drive and if i de;ete it my character , progress in game gets deleted theres nothing i can do

hey man i was on mw3 last night when it all went down i lost two achivments that i can easly get back i went from having 5055g to 30g i was thinking id been hacked so i deleted my profile and re downloade dit and its all good but on xbox.com it still says
ive only got 30g of achivments glad to see it wasnt just me that got the bug
