I got a banner for a week in fortnite...early..I also spawned something under the floor..

So, I landed in a spot where a banner was in fortnite, I was looking for the banner and I found it. When I got back to the lobby, it said I didn’t complete that week yet. Will I get banned or sued from this? Also, I was building in fortnite, and I put one
of the stairs under the ground on accident.l will I get banned or sued from that?

As long as it wasnt intentional you shouldnt be banned, they can usually tell who is legit hacking.

Saturday night when I was playing BF3 I joined a random conquest server in Metro. When I spawned on my squad mate I was under the floor. I went from one end to the other trying to get out but couldn't. Then, when I got to Bravo flag I saw 5 or 6 of my team
members under the floor shooting up at the enemy. This is when I left the server to find another.
