    so about 2 weeks ago i got banned for online and talking. Today my ban was up,but when i got online i still cant play games or talk. So i called xbox and ask they said i got a 3 month banned but idk why.?

    I'm having a similar problem. I got banned from using my mic online for a week... But when I play I don't use a mic unless I play with friends, but even then we're in a party. Just like you I'm unsure of what I did to deserve a ban

    It wasn't banned when I got it! It was BRAND NEW and I played online with it! It got banned after about a week and a half and I don't know why! Microsoft just picked me out and banned my Xbox and they won't tell me why or send me a new one? It's so unfair?!

    sorry the only way to find out why you were banned is to post here:
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     but it is only to find out WHY you were banned there is NO appeals, they do not ban unless they have proof you violated the TOS (terms of service or the COC (code of conduct), also do not post things like reference numbers those
    are for phone and text support ONLY.
