I got a 24-hour suspension for being harassed.

Today I received a 24-hour suspension for being harassed by three people over Xbox Live. They invited me to a party and said a lot of sexual and inappropriate things to me, and after I left I reported them and they kept messaging me. All three of them must
have reported me because I received a 24-hour suspension shortly. I was wondering if this could be investigated? I don't think it was right to ban the victim and not punish the bullies.

I was suspended for 24 hours for my gamerpic then it got extended for 14 days, how does my suspension went from 24 hours to 14 days?

For information about why you were suspended, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com but since it is a 24 hour suspension all you can do is wait it out. It is not eligible for a case review.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you responded in a way that violated the code of conduct you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them. It also doesn't matter if only
1 of them reported you or all 3. The enforcement team investigates complaints before issuing a suspension and will only do so if they find that you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So you can have a million complaints filed against you and
not receive a suspension.

No there was nothing said in violation of the code it was just talking about the enforcement how some guy baited me and I ended up getting suspended while he still was able to harass me and that my 24-hour suspension turned into a 29 hour suspension

I guessing the reason there isn't a direct way to contact the enforcement team is mostly likely to prevent harassment. If the suspension is 2 weeks, that usually means thats the 3rd suspension.

First one is usually 24 hours.

Seconds is 1 weeks.

Third is 2 weeks.
