I got a 15 day suspension for no reason

I got in a fight with my friend and he reported me and I was givin a 4 day suspension but after the suspension was over I got a 15 day suspension and it said This account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action. I asked for an email on what happens but i still have been ghosted

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
